Chamomile Essential Oil 

Chamomile Essential Oil has been around for a LONG time. It’s use dates all the way back to the Ancient Romans who use chamomile for mental clarity and believe that it gave them courage during battle. This lovely floral smelling essential oil has a powerful effect on your emotions, your nervous system, your skin and is super soothing which is why we added it to Keeko Oil.

Chamomile essential oil has a number of household uses and can be added to your favourite moisturizer, shampoo or conditioner to help your skin and hair look their best. You can add a few drops of chamomile essential oil to a cup or tea to soothe and relax your mind and body. If you’ve got an aromatherapy diffuser at home, you can diffuse chamomile essential oil at home to help promote a restful and relaxing sleep. If you don’t have an aromatherapy diffuser, just try rubbing a few drops of chamomile essential oil into the bottoms of your feet before bed to get the same effect. You can also create an ultra-soothing moisturizer by mixing a few drops of chamomile essential oil with a small amount of coconut oil and using the mixture to moisturize!

We decided to use chamomile essential oil as a key ingredient in our oil pulling system because of the soothing and calming effect that chamomile has on your gums. Chamomile essential oil helps to promote a pain-free and super healthy mouth while coconut oil and lemons essential oil help to whiten your teeth so that you are left with a beautiful and dazzling smile!
