Shipping Replacement Policy
Australian and Premium International orders only are covered for replacement should they go missing in transit however we do not cover orders where addresses were incorrectly entered, so please check our shipping details carefully!
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of being placed with Couriers Please, Fast Way or Australia Post in Australia and DHL Global Mail for everywhere else .
DHL Global Mail ships your order from us to your country where it is then handed over to your national postage carrier to finish its journey to you.
Once your order is on it's way we will email you with a tracking code.
Orders to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman or United Arab Emirate MUST supply a PO BOX address otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
Babes are responsible for the payment of any taxes & duties their order may incur.

You will find your tracking details on your shipping confirmation email if you are in Australia or selected Premium International Shipping. Basic International will only see tracking up until it leaves Australia and no further/
International orders must wait 21 business days before an investigation can be launched with DHL Global Mail.

Returns & Refunds
Wanna make a return or get a refund? No problemo babe.
We offer a 30 day refund on all our Keeko products if you receive it and change your mind or products are faulty.
Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you some easy peasy instructions to do that.
The product must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase unopened and undamaged. We do not refund shipping costs.
